Raspberry Rose Chia Jam

Summer is here and it is full of the most delicious produce! We are always looking for ways to add more of it to every meal. Raspberries are a favorite around here for all of their healthy benefits and delicious taste. Berries are full of fiber, antioxidants, and are naturally sweet. We love adding berries to top our smoothie bowls, salads, and popping some frozen raspberries in our raspberry rose poppi to make it extra fancy. Berries are some of the healthiest foods on earth so we decided to make them into a delicious fruit spread to enjoy them in even more ways. Try this on your toast, mixed in with yogurt, in your overnight oats, or drizzled on top of some Sunday morning pancakes. We won't judge if you just eat it by the spoonful. It's that good.

Raspberry Rose Chia Jam

Full of berries, chia seeds, and poppi this jam is great for gut health. It's full of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and a little prebiotic punch.


2 cups of raspberries

1 TBS Chia seens

3 TBS of raspberry rose poppi


1. Place berries in a bowl to mash or a blender to puree

2. Add mashed or blended berries to a mason jar and stir in chia seeds and poppi

3. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again. It may need another 10 minutes to fully thicken.

4. Store jam in the fridge and enjoy!
